Greetings!

Welcome to the collaborative edition of the Phoenix Project Manual, within these pages you will find useful information on simming as well as other important information on character creation, the rules & regulations, promotions, crew positions and the group structure. In short, everything you need or could possibly want to know to take an active role in Phoenix Project.

Since the previous versions, almost all of the original sections have been rewritten and also many of the common questions answered. Additionally, other common gaps in our players' knowledge have been identified over the course of the year and have since been included. As such, these pages now contain pretty much everything you need to know to play within Phoenix Project and attempt to cover a wide range of subjects including group structure, the rules and even specific subjects such as how to request a transfer.

Whilst we cannot expect anyone to fully memorize every detail in this manual, we do advise that you read the rules and print off a hard copy of this manual for future reference.

Please use the links at the right side to navigate through the manual. If you see any errors or would like to comment on the manual, feel free to leave a message on this manual's talk page, or send an email to a site Administrator.

Regards,
The Phoenix Project Fleet Council
